Briarwood's Chorus Group

The chorus group at Simone's school sang at the opening convocation at the Olathe School District. They did a wonderful job...the mayor of Olathe was there, along with Congressman Dennis Moore...anyway, they did a great job, but Simone was the best!

Container Pond

Our container pond project was a huge success...the tall plant bloomed a big, beautiful orange flower...The water hyacinths grew like crazy and I had to give several away. The gold fish lasted until the middle of August. Jim said I cooked them...the water probably got too hot. Oh well, the plants are still pretty!
